Specific Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent education and experience. Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a professional office. Experience with Bloomberg terminals including Bloomberg certification. Demonstrated technical skills in Adobe CS 5.5. Understanding of financial trading theories and principles.
General Job Requirements: Experience in using web console management tools with knowledge of standard web scripting languages, database integration, and web server. Experience in using multiple current social media and web publishing platforms for marketing and communication. Strong technical skills to learn, use, and provide training of administrative systems including PeopleSoft. Experience in providing timely and customer-focused services preferably to faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students. Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate projects from development to completion. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communication and explain technical terms in a non-technical language. Strong interpersonal skills with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels both internally and externally. Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures. Ability to use tact and diplomacy while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Desired: Experience in internet marketing including the usage of Google Analytics, knowledge in conversion optimization, search engine optimization, and management of email marketing solution provide Constant Contact. Knowledge of Argyros School programs, services, and processes.
