Specific Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Film and TV or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years previous industry work experience in professional physical production atmosphere. Knowledge of current production standards with ability to breakdown scripts and analyze shooting schedules and budgets. Ability to prepare financial reports and reconcile expenses. Working knowledge of production film and video equipment.

Exceptionally detail oriented while maintaining high volume of work with quick turnaround. Strong writing skills for communicating with supervisors, faculty, staff and industry contacts. Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to constant interruption. Ability to use tact and to maintain a high level of confidentiality in both oral and written communications. Effectively collaborate with others in complex situations. Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, electronic mail, internet usage and database management.
Desired: Knowledge of industry standard software applications including EP/Movie Magic Software. Previous work at a higher education institution. Graduate degree in film or media arts.
