Specific Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field. At least three years of experience and knowledge of employment policies and procedures, human resources, career development and/or related professional experience. Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service and coordinating logistics of events. Ability to formulate and communicate policies and procedures for recruiting, internship programs. Ability to learn and ensure FERPA requirements are upheld.

Strong organizational skills to collect data for events and workshops, and to maintain accurate and orderly files. Writing skills to compose correspondence, prepare written materials and reports. Technical skills to learn and use enterprise systems and departmental applications related to the position. Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality. Ability to demonstrate professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service. Ability to demonstrate initiative in completing tasks and work well with team members.
Desired: Knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies. Experience in using social media tools. Experience in providing career development services, preferably in higher education.
