Specific Job Requirements: A.L.A. accredited M.L.S. degree. Demonstrated working experience in reference services and library instruction preferably in an academic library or medium size or larger public library setting. Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate decisions/recommendations. Demonstrated collection development experience and liaison work with faculty. Ability to offer instruction in a distributed environment.
