Named in honor of Trustee Raj Bhathal and his wife, Marta, a member of Chapman’s Board of Governors, this wonderful building’s foundation was built from the generosity and creativity of its benefactors. The Bhathals are active, dedicated, hard-working people whose philanthropic vision has played a key role in the cultivation of the university’s mission to provide an education of distinction to all its students. The structure (1 floor, 14,925 sq.ft.), completed in 1960, houses Student and Administrative Services and Telecommunications.
