Kennedy Hall Address: 370 N. Glassell St. Map Location: Donald P. Kennedy, chairman of The First American Corporation received his law degree in 1948 from USC and also serves as a member of the Orange County and California Bar Associations. Don came to Chapman in 1988 when he was elected to the board of trustees. He and his wife Dorothy are an integral part of the successful growth and development of Chapman University and continue to support, advise and inspire the Chapman community with their kindness and generosity. Thus it is a fitting tribute to dedicate the building that houses Chapman’s School of Law, Donald P. Kennedy Hall. This state-of-the-art facility (4 floors, 132,000 sq.ft.) was dedicated in Kennedy’s honor in 1999 where the Honorable Clarence Thomas, associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, gave the principal address. |
