Chapman Law Review Symposium:Drug War Madness: Policies, Borders & Corruption
The all-day Symposium will consist of three panels, with lunchtime keynote speaker Michael Chertoff, the second United States Secretary of Homeland Security under President George W. Bush and co-author of the USA Patriot Act. Panel 1: Current U.S. Drug Policy and Alternative Paradigm. Panel 2: Cross Border Flows: Drugs, People and Trade. Panel 3: Narcoterrorism, Organized Crime & Political Corruption.
