Responsibilities:

The position will be located at the University College Central Offices in Irvine, California.

Lead the development of marketing programs to drive enrollment to the School. Develop marketing materials to launch Nursing Program in Fall 2010. Be the technical expert to accurately represent the School programs in all marketing communications. Develop a strong partnership with the Dean of School of Nursing and Health Studies. Develop communication flow for all prospects and students, with specific recommendations that addressed opportunities to move them through to desired action. Different strategies should be developed according to time on database, last action taken, academic program, Brandman news, etc. Develop strong partnership with Inside Track, Admissions, and Student Affairs. Responsible for the implementation of all communication projects to students and prospects for undergraduate and graduate programs at the Orange campus.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management skills and ability to organize multiple and complex tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously, under conditions of pressure and competing interests. Must be able troubleshoot and communicate effectively with division staff and members of the campus community. Strong commitment to the concept of customer service and team building. Excellent computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level. Understanding of database programs and queries. Experience with Photoshop, GoLive, Acrobat, and/or Silverpop. Use of standard office machines including fax, copiers, and printers.
